Wide roads built
to last a generation.

Park Lane City's wide carpeted roads were constructed in multiple stages — from raw land clearing and soil compaction, through aggregate base laying, to final asphalt surfacing. PLC's own branded machinery fleet ensured quality was controlled at every stage of the process.

Phase 1 · Faizpur Interchange

Foundations laid.
The city begins.

The earliest work at Park Lane City involved large-scale civil engineering — levelling the land, laying boundary walls, constructing drainage infrastructure, and building the structural foundations that everything else would stand on. A team of dozens worked through winter to get Phase 1 off the ground.

Phase 1 construction commenced in late 2022 at Faizpur Interchange, Lahore — a milestone that marked Platinum Builders and Developers' commitment to building Lahore's most liveable gated society.

Roads, Utilities & Layout

Streets take shape.
Infrastructure rolls in.

Throughout 2023, the focus shifted to establishing the road network and buried infrastructure. Heavy-duty Dynapac rollers compacted the sub-base, surveyors mapped every plot, and engineering teams began installing the water supply pipework and underground utility conduits that would serve every home.

2024 was a pivotal year — above-ground infrastructure began appearing for the first time. Underground electrical distribution boxes were commissioned, hundreds of trees were planted along the boulevards, and the year concluded with a landmark inauguration ceremony that marked Phase 1's readiness to welcome its first residents.

SNGDC installed gas meters across every home in Phase 1, the society mosque reached its finishing stages with dome plasterwork and calligraphy, and the parks maintenance team was formally established — ensuring the society stays pristine year-round.
